The spark that turns motivation into momentum

What CHI measures

Organizational culture is multidimensional, ranging from collaboration and teamwork to manager effectiveness to the organization’s alignment with stated values.

CHI measures each dimension to understand how each dimension scores individually and how the organization fares as a whole. You can even add your own questions to capture context that's unique to your organization.

The index can be opened up to see exactly which of the eight dimensions is driving results, and which individual questions flag concern.

Tracking over time and trend visibility

CHI provides a valuable snapshot of the current cultural health as well as the ability to track results across surveys. Leadership teams will have specific data and feedback to understand where things are improving and what needs more attention.
